Our 1, 2 & 3 BR vacation villas and homes are all remodeled extensively and CLEAN. We cater to vacationers, business travelers, contract nurses, folks looking to find local homes and those remodeling those homes.
Each is eclectic and modern in décor, furnishings and all utilities. Just bring clothes and a toothbrush as we provide home comforts like all linens, towels and necessary cooking gear in the kitchen. Each has professionally maintained and beautiful saltwater pools with spacious pool decks and furniture.

Vermont is such a beautiful four-season country! Escape to our 3BR/3 bath Cherry Tree Lodge "Up the Hill"! Manchester Center (pop. 5000) is quaint village and very friendly. It is in a valley surrounded by the Green Mountains with incredible nearby outdoor adventures. Our home has a phenomenal 180-degree view. The town has countless major brand and locally owned stores, walk the entire town. The outdoor adventures are all season. The restaurants and pubs rival any large city chef offerings.
Tropical Paradise and Forested Mountain Venues
Our Florida grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical palms and shrubs to create a lush vacation Escape. Orchids are in bloom most of the season and visible throughout. Privacy fences surround each Florida property to insure comfort and a secluded environment.
Or settle down within our 6-acre wooded Vermont mountain home. Nothing blocks the breathtaking views of the Green Mountains of Vermont from your private retreat!
