Cleaning Practices

Cleaning in addition to our normal fanatical procedures:

* Virtual Check-in/Check-out with electronic door code locks. Our rentals and properties allow for recommended social distancing. Every unit has private patio/furniture, two private entrances. Pool decks are spacious, furniture spaced.

* Guests encouraged to use masks where social distancing is difficult.

* Strengthened existing cleaning protocols to insure high touch/low touch surfaces are especially cleaned and disinfected. This includes counter/table tops, knobs/handles, bath fixtures, floors, toilets, etc.

* Replace/clean AC filters between guests.

* Use of a disinfecting UV light to kill bacteria and viruses

Our vacation rentals are all remodeled extensively and CLEAN. Each is eclectic and modern in décor and furnishings. Just bring clothes and a toothbrush as we provide the linens, towels and necessary cooking gear in the kitchen. Most have well maintained and beautiful salt water pools with spacious pool decks and furniture.

Vermont is such a beautiful four season country! And Manchester Center (pop. 4000) is quaint and very friendly in a mountain rimmed valley and incredible outdoor adventures. The town has countless major outlet stores and locally owned shops. The restaurants and pubs rival any larger city offerings. Join us at our 3BR/3 bath Cherry Tree Lodge "Up the Hill"!

Susan is from Hartford, Connecticut while Bill hails from Chicago and Tampa. Both have lived in Florida for years. We frequently travel the US & International for enjoyment and our experiences insure we remain attuned to how to improve guest stays.
