Two private & secluded 1 story buildings with only (4) 1BR Villas. Modern furnishings and décor with premium queen beds (king in some), upgraded full kitchens with gas ranges, granite countertops, full baths; each has private entrances, patio garden with its own BBQ. Fully furnished, modern bathroom, new kitchen with gas ranges, all cookware/dishes, dining area, uncluttered. LR has high, wood beam ceilings with fans, BR has premium queen bed and quality linens- well-appointed overall. Each have a private garden patio with BBQ. Modern interior-decor but with Spanish/Latin flare and retreat feel. Laundry on-site. Security: exterior security cameras.
Spanish inspired Pool: beautiful, salt water, 10ft x 36ft x 5ft deep with sitting and shallow ledges and privacy fence/tropical landscaping. Travertine deck with chairs/table and chaise loungers on an expansive pool patio.
Parking: Free, private and secure, well lighted, off-street parking, one per Villa
Transportation: skip the rental car and use the free open air Delray golf cart within 3 miles.
Location: in Delray, location is everything and we are close to everything! Find us on safe, desirable and historical NE 7th Ave, 4 blocks north of Atlantic Avenue. A 5-10 minute easy walk takes you to Nightclubs, Restaurants, Salons, Shopping, Pineapple Grove Art & Shops. Only 1-2 blocks to, Grocery, Liquor, Pharmacies, Banks, Coffee Cafe, Boat and Bike rentals. The Beach is 15 minutes (8 blocks). The Old School Square outdoor concerts and festivals- 10 minutes, the Delray Tennis Club is 15 minutes. Free city club car taxi
